After a lengthy career as a graphics designer and art director working for ad agencies, Marcia began painting in a variety of media, but preferred watercolor. She began to sculpt in 1967, and after discovering the versatility of working in three dimensions, she abandoned paper, canvas and brushes in favor of stone, wood and chisels. She frequently moves from realism to abstraction and a combination of both. She has been associated with The Fine Art Studio of Rotblatt-Amrany for several years. Refer to her website for many more examples of her work.
