Fan Sculpture and Plaza - Sports Commission Statue and Walls

The Canadian Football League's Saskatchewan Roughriders commissioned an 18-foot tall statue and three commemorative walls to be placed outside of the Mosaic Stadium. The white bronze statue shows a Roughrider player soaring to make a catch with the assistance of surrounding fans. The three walls highlight the future, the fans that contributed to the project, and the history of the area. This massive work, featuring the 2000 pound statue and the three walls weighing around 14 tons each was created by Omri Amrany, Julie Rotblatt-Amrany, and Itamar Amrany.
